This application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. By downloading the application, you agree to these terms.
Tiko offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks unlimited habits and additional features.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google, according to their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
All intellectual property rights in the app and the material in the app are owned by or licensed to BesoloDev. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that the app will function without disruptions.
Because Tiko is a local-first application, your data is stored on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or app uninstallation. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
